Parental conflict school PSHE and assembly resources and videos - Stay Safe Partnership

Outcomes

Points to consider and establish:

  • success stories from delivery of the product previously
  • comments from satisfied customers
  • statistics illustrating positive impact of product
  • as much tangible evidence as possible
Service Description

We have been co-working with some of our schools to find helpful ways for children to be able to understand:

  • about healthy family relationships, and
  • that it's safe and ok to talk about these if they have any worries that their family or the people they love might be struggling

Sometimes parents can experience difficulties in their relationships that impact on children’s behaviors and wellbeing. These may then play out in educational settings.

To promote positive and interactive conversations about healthy relationships, you can find:

  • lesson plans
  • resource cards
  • links to helpful videos

The information has already been paid for using reducing parental conflict grant funding and is free for schools and settings to access.

Benefits

All resources and lesson plans follow the current PSHE curriculum within Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire schools have been involved in the making of these resources.

Arguments and conflicts in relationships happen to all of us. For some parents the reality is that they are unable to resolve these arguments. Resources to share with parents can be found by visiting our page reducing parental conflict – advice for families.
