The details we require are:

1. What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

2. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages * Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date * Start date & duration of framework/contract?

3. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

4. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

5. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

Decision

1. The contractual performance indicators are presented quarterly at the Highways & Transport Scrutiny committee. The performance report shared on the 10th June 2024 is attached.

2. Lot 1: Highways works - Successful Contractor - Balfour Beaty Group Ltd

Lot 2: Traffic Signals - Successful Contractor - Colas Ltd

Lot 3: Professional Services - Successful Contractor - WSP UK Ltd

No providers were unsuccessful at PQQ stage.

Lot 1 - Kier and Ringway

Lot 2 - Dynniq, Motus, Siemens, and Telent

Lot 3 - Atkins Spend to date

Lot 1 - £277,008,851.83

Lot 2 - £7,203,309.41

Lot 3 - £12,284,940

Start Date: 01.04.2020 - Initial Term is 6 years for all lots.

4. There is the option to extend each contract for a further period of 6 years to enable a maximum term of 12 years per contract for each lot

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means
