1. We do not commission a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract.  The Children's Health Service 0-19 was insourced into the Council in 2017 who support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme in Lincolnshire.

7. As part of the inhouse 0-19 Children’s Health Service they provide three different online support groups in relation to behaviour, sleep and toileting skills. These are to offer advice and guidance to parents/carers around these topics. Currently, some of the health visitors are either accredited or training to be accredited in evidence-based VIG (Video Interaction Guidance) which allows them to use video to help support parents/carers with their interaction/bonding and attachment with their child through feedback.  This service has a YouTube page which holds currently 24 videos which offer advice and support across multiple themes such as parental wellbeing, accident prevention, etc.
