Traffic Regulation Order for Junction of Albert and Victoria Road, Skegness - Find a freedom of information request

1. Would you send me please details of the original Traffic Regulation Order, along with any/all amendments since, that regulates the parking in around the junction of Albert and Victoria Road in Skegness ever since it's original order back in 2010?

2. I would like you to supply the specific measurements and lengths used to determine the lengths of the double yellow lines all around that junction and the exact positions of their terminations in relation to other features and markings. I wish for the exact ending of the location of the double yellow lines. These measurements would have been used by contractors painting the lines so they knew where to terminate them.

3. Would you also please send me, in accordance with The Freedom of Information Act, details of all changes to road and kerb markings, and related signage for this location since 1 January 2010?

4. Please find attached images of the current TRO sketch, a google maps photo and a ground level photo of the area in question. I have marked the middle of the junction as A and the ending of the current lines as B on them. I would like the measurement of the extent where this line should end in particular.

I am aware that the TRO and its amendments are public documents that must be made available on request in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 S.228(5) and The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 Schedule 2 and are not subject to the 20 days deadline to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request.

1. Traffic regulation orders relating to parking restrictions were consolidated into one order in 2012 (copy attached) and reference the map shown below for extents.

2. This information is not available, please reference map attached- this is what the order is referenced to rather than physical measurements.
