Dance fitness and technique
Ages 9 to 16.
A chance for young people to learn dance techniques in a relaxed, encouraging environment where they can practice their skills and keep up your fitness.

Ages 12 to 18.
A chance for young people to be involved with netball in a non-competitive environment. A fun and friendly atmosphere to learn a new sport or brush up on your skills.

This session is focused on providing leadership skills. Building from this using the skills in the community and in small group sessions.
