1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has no documentation relating to the assessment for the existing crossing facility on Casterton Road.

To determine if the existing 40mph limit is suitable an assessment would need to be carried out against the Council’s speed limit policy.

Likewise, an assessment for an additional crossing facility would be required against the criteria set out in the council’s pedestrian crossing policy to determine if there is demand for this.
