Total spent on teaching recruitment agencies 2019 to 2024 - Find a freedom of information request

1. Total spent by council on teaching recruitment agencies;

2. List of all the teaching recruitment agencies that have been used including annual spend

on each agency; 

3. Total number of shifts filled by staff supplied by teaching recruitment agencies; 

4. The highest per hour and per day rate paid to recruitment teaching agencies in each financial year stated above. In each case, can you please detail the job category of the role provided. And if there was surge pricing, the reason stated for this. 



We define teaching recruitment agencies to be external companies that are employed to supply teaching staff to schools on a semi permanent/ temporary basis.
