Traffic regulation order for Waterside South, Lincoln - Find a freedom of information request

1. I would like to know if and when a traffic regulation order as been issued for Waterside South, Lincoln and if all the correct procedures have been followed especially for the date 30/11/2024?

This was under an official suspension and the correct order was in place for the temporary suspension of the bays for the demolition works.

All signs were placed in line with Department for Transport (DfT) regulations.
