1. How many BOPA's have been issued to drama groups in Lincolnshire?

2. How many BOPA's have been refused to drama groups in Lincolnshire?

3.  How many times have the CEE team phoned any groups Safeguarding Lead before deciding to issue a BOPA or not?

4. How many times have the CEE team demanded to know where any groups Safeguarding Lead works before deciding to issue a BOPA or not?

5. How many times have the CEE team demanded that a groups Safeguarding Lead be a member of their Committee?

6. How many complaints have LADO investigated involving members of a drama group?

a.   How many of those have been upheld solely on the opinion of the LADO, rather than on evidence?

7.   How many times have the CEE team insisted on seeing copies of qualifications obtained by any groups Safeguarding Lead and knowing when those qualifications were obtained before deciding to issue a BOPA or not?

8.  How many times have the CEE team insisted on a risk assessment before deciding to issue a BOPA or not?

9.  How many times have the CEE team issued three or more BOPA's to a group based on their Safeguarding Policy and then refused a further BOPA to that group based on the same policy not being clear or robust?

10. How many times have the CEE team insisted that a group provide safeguarding training to its members?

11. How many times have the CEE team insisted that a group have policies, procedures, and measures to deal with allegations against its members, requiring members to declare any involvement with social care, police, or safeguarding processes?

12. How many times have the CEE team insisted that a group have their members join the DBS update service and/or ensure DBS certificates for their adult members are obtained upon joining?
