1. Please can you confirm LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 2023/2024 2024/2025 direct payment rates for social care as illustrated by Merton Council - see below:

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not set out the rates as Merton Council have done. The current rates are:

• Day Care rate 1 maximum framework rate = £74.08 per day

• Day Care rate 2 maximum framework rate = £54.58 per day

• Day Care 1:1 maximum framework rate = £14.16 per hour

• Floating Support framework rate = £21.27 per hour

• Community Supported Living framework rate = £20.68 per hour

• Sleep in rate = £102.96
