Data on the Getting Building Fund from 2020 - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please can you provide me with data on the Getting Building Fund, as detailed below, for the period starting in 2020 to the latest available date. Specific data in machine readable format, for each project:

a) Project name and description.

b) Project delivery timescales (start and end dates).

c) Grant amount, and total project expenditure or private sector leverage, by year or reporting period, when applicable.

d) Geographic location reported for the project. Please, could you provide this at the most granular geographical level available such as: postcode, Output Area / Lower Super Output Area or a standard electronic vector file (e.g. ESRI shapefile).

e) Any reported project outcomes.

f) Contact details of the person or department currently accountable for the Getting Building Fund.

Please see attached. The submission provides the full requirement but focusses on the spend and outputs Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are required to provide government.  The information provided is the most up to date at this time, but it is important to note that LCC continue to capture information for the period 2024/2025 and this will be updated again by June 2025.  Most project end dates in the future have been forecast at March 2025 (unless specifically agreed with government).  LCC will continue to capture outputs post March 2025 once this is agreed with government as part of transition arrangements.
