Flood investigation Stainfield LN8 5JJ - Find a freedom of information request

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. When was the reporting tool 'FixMyStreet' introduced by LCC Highways?

2. A copy of the document: 'S19-453 Barlings Eau, Stainfield AB v02.docx'.

(I have been unable to access this document via a previous link sent to me)

3. A copy of LCC's flood investigation report following the summer 2007 floods - pertaining to Stainfield (WLDC) LN8 5JJ

4. A copy of the Section 19 reports pertaining to Stainfield LN8 5JJ, since their introduction in 2010 to current date (including the report following Storm Babet October 2023). If none produced for the area specified, please confirm.

5. How many Highways Managers have been in post with Lincolnshire County Council since 2007? We are referring to how many Highway Managers have covered the geographical location of Stainfield (LN8). Who was LCC's Highways Manager in 2019 (both pre October and post October)? For 2019, please advise the following names: a) County Highways Managers b) Local Highways Managers covering the location of Stainfield (LN8) and c) Asset Programme Leaders for the location of Stainfield (LN8)

1. FixMyStreet Pro was launched on 21st August 2018.

2. Based on our records the document titled 'S19-453 Barlings Eau, Stainfield AB v02.docx' relates to a draft revision of flood investigation report S19-453. Therefore, please find attached a suitably redacted version of the finalised flood investigation report (ref: S19-453) commissioned in response to flooding realised in November 2019

3. Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue carried out a multi-agency debrief into the response to the wider flooding in the county but not specifically a flood investigation report following the summer 2007 floods - pertaining to Stainfield (WLDC) LN8 5JJ. Flood investigation reports are completed by the Lead Local Flood Authority team.

4. LCC in its role as Lead Local Flood Authority has completed only one. flood investigation report pursuant to Section 19 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 for Stainfield, LN8 5JJ (ref: S19-715). This report was commissioned in response to flooding realised in October 2023 and January 2024 and we attach herewith a suitably redacted copy of the requested report. Due to data protection regulations, we are unable to provide copies of appendices relating to Sections 7.2 to Section 7.4 as these include personal data.

5. We are aware of three Highway Managers covering this area since 2007.
