Cyclic maintenance - Find a freedom of information request

1. What % of the time between cyclic maintenance does the council deem it acceptable for the drains in a road to be blocked and therefore not fit for purpose? Is it acceptable for rain water as Highways runoff to flood residents' properties?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The routine cleansing of drainage assets is carried out on a risk-based approach. Therefore, some assets are programmed to be cleaned on an annual basis with others cleaned every 2 years.

On the routine cleanse it is possible that parked vehicles, or other issues, prevent the asset being cleansed. Another attempt will be made to cleanse the asset in these scenarios.
