3) Telephony

a) What is your current telephony system?

b) How many users of the telephony system?

c) When is the contract up for renewal?

4) Contact Centre

a) What contact centre solution is the council using?

b) How many agents does the contact centre employ?

c) How many agents are concurrently working?

d) When is the contract for the contact centre ending?
