Road adoption remit - Find a freedom of information request

Request

Primrose Hollow, Louth LN11 9JB

1. I would like copies of any policies

2. Could you let me know why the road isn't adopted and under who's remit it is ( also you are suing the builder, why is it your fault or his so we can take it further as documents we have show that the road is as marked on it to LCC STANDARDS.

3. If no decision is able to be made then we would like a rate reduction to be considered as we look after the road, have no street lights and pay our own , and obviously have a very poor bin collection service. (East Lindsey referred us to you)
