Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I would like to request the following information regarding buildings.

1) A list of high rise buildings identified as having Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding deemed unsafe or non-compliant with safety standards.

2) The management entity responsible for these buildings (e.g., the council, housing associations, private companies, etc.) including any property management company who manages them.

3) Whether these buildings currently have waking watch services in place, and if so, details on how these services are implemented.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) There is currently one building within Lincolnshire with identified Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) cladding

2) this is managed by ‘Accommodation For Students’ (Management company)

3) This building is a 24hr monitored building, not a dedicated waking watch. The evacuation strategy for this building is simultaneous evacuation.
