Pension fund quarterly cash flows - Find a freedom of information request

PEI Group is interested in receiving private market investment reports from the Lincolnshire County Council Pension Fund. Today, 1/13/2025, we are requesting quarterly cash-flow reports from Q3 2024, if available, of all your private capital investments, in digital format.

 

This request is being made under following law: "Freedom of Information Act 2000 (2000 c.36)" - This law provides public access to information held by public authorities in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Private capital investments include private equity, real estate, natural resources, infrastructure, venture, and private debt funds. Each report would ideally contain these fund attributes:

 

1.         Investment or fund name and vintage year

2.         Period or date of investment performance

3.         Net capital calls or contributions

4.         Net distributions

5.         Net asset value or remaining value

6.         Net IRR

7.         Net multiple or TVPI

8.         Assets Under Management (AUM) breakdown by asset class

9.         Investment consultant by asset class (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit)

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means
