I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
Attached is a plan showing the extent of the highway shaded yellow, you will note that the width varies as is quite normal to do so.
We cannot provide a set road width as this also tends to vary along its length and can change slightly over the years, however the overall width of the highway in the vicinity of your property is approximately 9.3m including the adjacent verges.
Looking specifically at your property it would appear that you or previous owners have possibly encroached onto land that forms part of the highway with fences and hedges.
Given its location this is not something at present we would take enforcement action on as it does not have a significant affect on the highway or its use.
The highway is a right of way over land, it is seldom in this authorities ownership, it may be in your ownership, but highway rights supersedes those of the owner and cannot be removed by occupation
