Since 2022 to the present day -
1. Please provide the dates of all the cyclic cleanses / maintenances on the drainage system along Carlton Road and Church Lane Manby.
2. The findings from these cyclic cleanses, and the work highlighted to be done.
3. The dates when this required work was carried out.
As mentioned above the cyclic cleanse on 30th August highlighted that further works are required, to allow full functionality of the drainage system in this area. Leila Hardy confirmed that following this "Local Highways Team will perform a risk assessment at this location, considering such risks as potential for internal flooding of properties, damage to vehicles, and road safety; where deemed necessary, our team will then arrange for works via an off programme jetting team, to investigate the cause of the blockage, and aim to remedy this with high-pressure jetting and a CCTV survey of the drainage system. We have raised a work order for these works". These works have not been carried out so Manby has not had a full functionality of the drainage system for at least 6 months (from the date of the Fix My Street report 2813352)
From the above information given to me from Leila Hardy, I am requesting the following information:
4. The results of the risk assessment especially in relation to the potential risks of internal flooding of properties. This is asked in light of the fact that my property is at significant risk of internal flooding due to the not maintained drains in this area. Whilst there is not full functionality of the drainage system in the area my bungalow is at serious and significant risk of internal flooding.
5. How was the risk assessment done? - Decision
