Parents and Carers code of Conduct Parents Served - Find a freedom of information request

I request a copy of records that hold the volume of parents and carers that have been served with the Parents and
Carers code of Conduct between 05th September 2023 to date of my correspondence and the previous fifteen months at Allington with Sedgebrook CofE Primary School.

I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
The Code of Conduct is issued by the school to all parents - it is on their website. 

There will be no specific records regarding the volume of parents and carers that have been served with the Parents and Carers code of Conduct.
