I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
1. a) MHA agreements August 2017 – ongoing. BIA’s are contracted via a S75 Arrangement which started May 2022 and ends May 2027
b) Individual MHAs. Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust provides a bespoke BIA service via a S75 Arrangement
