By youth club, we mean a council-run facility that provides youth services.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

2. Capacity at any of our youth centres is dependent on a number of factors such as the activities taking place, dependency of attendees i.e. do they need assistance with evacuation, the building Fire risk assessment, evacuation routes etc. Numbers vary site to site on that basis.
