1. Would it be possible to obtain information regarding the investment consultant for each individual asset class (if available)?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
Lincolnshire Pension Fund has appointed Hymans Robertson as the fund's Investment Consultant. Hymans Robertson advise the fund on allocations and investments across all asset classes.

In addition, an Independent Advisor, Tatton Consulting Services Limited, is available to advise the Pensions Committee on investment decisions. Further details of the Fund's approach to investments, including its Investment Strategy Statement and Investment Consultant
