Tetney, Lincolnshire footpath right of way - Find a freedom of information request

Recently been provided with information under a FOI request reference 11265082, being a copy of the Council's Guidance Note for Rights of Way Enforcement and Countryside Access Enforcement Policy and Procedures.

1. This document is dated October 2021 but at the end refers to a Review Date for the Guidance Note and associated Guidance Manual being "reviewed each year at the start of each financial year".

Please confirm the actual date this last review of the Guidance Note happened. 

2. Under section 1.2 the Guidance Note refers to "More detailed documents, guidance and proforma are available in the Officer Guidance Manual".

As a FOI request please supply a full copy of that Officer Guidance Manual, which is confirmed as above under point 1. is associated with the Guidance Note. This request is to include the more detailed documents, guidance and proforma all referred to above.

Please confirm as a FOI request the last actual date that this Officer Guidance Manual and its other documents as above were reviewed.

3. Under section 4.2.1 the Guidance Note refers to making a site visit in relation to enforcement "to ascertain any relevant facts" and "in doing so it is considered prudent to take photographs and any required measurements at this time".

As a FOI request please supply those photographs and measurements taken.

4. Under section 4.2.2 the Guidance Note refers to "comprehensive notes must be made and attached to the path file on IMP".

As a FOI request please supply those comprehensive notes which are said must be made, and a copy of the path file to which they must be attached.

The above requests can be dealt with as one FOI request, unless your procedures require them to be separated.

You are under notice that this information requested under the Freedom of Information Act (the Act), is dealt with under Section 11 of that Act, and specifically 11 (1A) (b).

1. The annual review refers mainly to the published costs. These were reviewed in March 2024 and new costs published in April 2024.

2. Supplementary Manual attached.

3. Please see attached photographs. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) did not take any measurements – for the particular case at hand and the resolution required there was no requirement for it to take measurements.
