I would like to request the following data for Lincolnshire, ideally period 2022 / 23 but can work with 2021/22.



Stop Smoking Services usage broken down by: age, gender, ethnic group, socio-economic classifications, LSOA, type of stop-smoking services / aids used. Plus, links to long term health conditions, heart disease, cancer, dementia, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes.



Weight Management usage broken down by: age, gender, ethnic group, socio-economic classifications, LSOA, type of weight management services / aids used. Plus, links to long term health conditions, heart disease, cancer, dementia, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes



Physical Activity usage broken down by: age, gender, ethnic group, socio-economic classifications, LSOA, type of physical activity services / aids used. Plus, links to long term health conditions, heart disease, cancer, dementia, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes



Alcohol Reduction Services usage broken down by: age, gender, ethnic group, socio-economic classifications, LSOA, type of alcohol reduction services / aids used. Plus, links to long term health conditions, heart disease, cancer, dementia, chronic respiratory disease, and diabetes
