Approved poultry establishment health and safety inspections - Find a freedom of information request

Please can you provide the following information: 

 

1.The number of inspections related to health and welfare that were carried out by the local authority at approved poultry establishments - meaning all Poultry Heath Scheme members/establishments - in your county, across the period of January 2022 to December 2024. 

 

2. The number and type of health and welfare breaches found during local authority inspections of approved poultry establishments in your county across the period of January 2022 to December 2024. Where possible, please indicate what type of animal the different types of breaches relate to, i.e. whether they relate to laying chickens, broiler chickens, turkeys, etc. 

 

3. The number of improvement notices issued by local authority inspectors due to health and welfare breaches found at approved poultry establishments in your county, across the period of January 2022 to December 2024. 

 

4. The number of prosecutions initiated in relation to health and welfare breaches found by local authority inspectors at approved poultry establishments in your county, across the period of January 2022 to December 2024.
