I would like to receive, by email, information on pothole-related compensation claims in the past 10 years (January 2015 to January 2025).

1) Please provide the top 10 most expensive compensation pay outs related to a pothole incident for the roads you cover.

2) Please provide where and when they took place and how much was paid out.

3) Please break down the location and how much was paid out.

4) How many pothole-related compensation claims for

(a) vehicles (including bicycles) and

(b) personal injury have been submitted to the council in this time frame.

5) Please provide results broken down by each year.

6) Of these claims, how many have been successful and how many were rejected?

7) Please provide results broken down by each year and separated as categories (a) and (b).

8) Please provide the total amount of pothole-related compensation paid out by the council for

(a) vehicles (including bicycles) damaged by potholes and

(b) personal injury
