1. Is there a framework in place for the provision of Supported Living for adults with Learning Disabilities / Autism, Mental Health, Complex, Needs within your council.

 

2. If so, can I have a list of all providers who are on this framework?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
1.    Yes, an open select list

2.    All contracted providers are published on the Contracts Register. This information is publicly available on the Contracts Register, which can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com. You will need to register to access the site, but this is free to complete.

3.    The Open Select List has recently closed. There is no decision as to when it will re-open. If you have any CSL services you would like to make the Council aware of, please email the details to CSLRequests@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
