Lucy Faithfull Foundation assessments

1. How many Lucy Faithfull Foundation assessments the council has either commissioned or used in its decision making in each year over the past five years where the person being assessed had a history of child sexual abuse the outcome of each of these assessments i.e. the foundation concluded the person being assessed did or did not pose a risk the decision the council made in each of these situations i.e. to place a child with the assessed person 

2. How much money in each year over the past five years the council has spent with The Lucy Faithfull Foundation

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have not commissioned this service owing to staff being trained to complete such assessments

However it may be the case that through care proceedings assessments are instructed by parents legal or guardians, however this is not LCC instructing or commissioning.
