Demolition services - Find a freedom of information request

1. Details of Council department which deals with procurement of demolition services and the officer/member of staff in charge - If the procurement role is outsourced please confirm name and address of organisation that manages this on behalf of the Council.

2. Does the Council utilise a framework of demolition contractors?

If a framework is not in place does the Council have a select list of contractors who are invited to tender for projects as and when required?

3. Please provide the following for the last four demolition projects undertaken by the Council:

a) A list of companies invited to tender/quote

b) A list of companies that submitted a tender/quote

c) The name of the company that was awarded the contract, together with the tender/contract value.

1. Corporate Property Department, Dave Pennington, Head of Capital Projects and Professional Services.

2. If a demolition is required, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) will procure this off an established framework such as SCAPE or Pagabo.

3. LCC has only undertaken one demolition project in the past five years. LCC does not have records of any further demolition projects.
