1. Lincolnshire Highways Contract with Balfour Beatty Living Places:

Contract Data Part 1 specifically including: the Secondary Option Clauses selected; the Pain/Gain share percentages and ranges and the breakdown of the X clauses with specific reference to X17 and X20.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. The chosen secondary options are

X1, X2, X9, X10, X12, X15, X16, X17, X18, X21, X23, X24, Y(UK)2, Y(UK)3, Z (X9 and X15 have been taken from NEC4 ECC, X16 has been taken, but modified, from NEC4 ECC)

The Contractor’s share percentages and the share ranges are:

Less than 95 %               Nil %

From 95 % to 105 %     50 %

Greater than 105 %     100 %

Clause X20 is not used
