30miles per hour speed restriction on the B1188 - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2000

Please will you provide me with all the data and supporting evidence used for:

1. The recent introduction of a 30mph speed restriction on the B1188 on the northern edge of the village of Blankney from approx lat long 53.129291, -0.406215 to 53.131125, -0.407320 or What 3 words from approx ///boast.mess.soda to ///washable.assemble.regrowth.

2. The proposed introduction of a 40mph speed restriction on the B1188 on the northern edge of the village of Scopwick from approx lat long 53.109978, -0.407196 to 53.113177, -0.408297 or What 3 words from

///sensibly.whips.froth to ///removers.emperor.perusing 

I request the data and documentation in the format used by the County Council for making the decision. I request the speed data in electronic format in something like a spreadsheet both before and after any manipulation or processing on the data has taken place. I request sufficient information is provided to show how the Council has reached it's conclusion on both cases.
