4). We have recently gone live with Caspar cloud through Plianz
5). The team are responsible for Deputyship and Appointeeship. The appointeeship element has a budget of £250,000. 6). LCC has a Safeguarding policy that the team adhere too and are aware on how to raise a safeguarding concern.
• Processes in place to ensure we are following DWP guidelines on appointeeship.
• Audited periodically to review our process and policies.
• Annual information security training regarding use of data, GDPR legislation
7). Service is largely in house, within the Financial Services Team.
8). We do use external provision for some clients with complex needs, it is anticipated that service will be fully in house service in the future.
