2) Of these vehicles, a breakdown of the companies that lease or rent you the vehicles and a list of companies who supplied the vehicles.

4) Expected date of next procurement process relating to vans and LCV's

A) with responsibility for day to day management of these vehicles.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) Via the Asset department is : 11 x Vans and operated by library services, youth services and transport services group.

Libraries : 6 x leased Peugeot Boxer diesel vans, 1 x purchased Peugeot Boxer diesel vans,

Transport Services Group : 1 x leased Peugeot Export diesel van,

Youth services group: 1 x Fiat Ducato diesel van purchased, and 2 x purchased Ford Transit Connect diesel vans

2) Via the Asset department we are currently use :

Lease is: Kinto UK limited

Rental is: Enterprise Rent-A-car, Ready Rent a car

Purchase is: Taylors of Boston, North, East Truck and Van Immingham

3) The procurement was conducted by utilising the CCS Fleet Portal Awards are published through ProContract / Find a Tender

4) The process is fluid and dependent on demand.
