5. When do you anticipate retendering for property and void repairs?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. It is anticipated re-tendering will commence prior to the end of the current contract, subject to any formal extensions. The contract commences on 1 April 2025 with a contract period of initial five years with option to extend by a further five years at Councils discretion.
