1) Since the 2022 financial year how many cases of misconduct have there been by trade union reps?

2) What is your policy in dealing with misconduct by trade union reps?

3) Is the data you are supplying for all misconduct cases or those which are formerly recorded?

1-3) Lincolnshire County Council will not proceed with the misconduct of a representative if it occurs during their representative time.

This would be for the Trade Union to deal with under the relevant Trade Union Code of Conduct. Lincolnshire County Council would only proceed if the misconduct occurred in their substantive job role
