13. LCC are not aware of any issues with subsidence in our properties. Properties are surveyed every 5 years and any findings are recorded on the property condition survey and any necessary actions are addressed
14. Generally, when dealing with a disposal/development/acquisition of a site/property, the title deeds and plans will be obtained and reviewed. The title plans will be measured electronically and the boundaries will be checked and measured on site by in-house surveyors, although every site is considered on its own merits and will be dealt with accordingly depending upon its own unique set of circumstances.
