The Lincolnshire Energy Conference - Find a freedom of information request

I wish to know the cost of delivering the Lincolnshire Energy Conference on 25th February 2025 and how it was funded (list of sponsors and donors).

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The costs directly incurred on the event held on the 25th Feb 25 are £19,957.26 including venue, catering, security, badges/printing, event delivery team and compere.

The event was funded through LCC budgets. sponsors gave rooms for speakers (White Hart Hotel) and British Sugar and Stokes gave produce for the catering to reduce costs.
