Please would you
a) list the five biggest landowners in your area in terms of hectares they manage and
b) where these landowners have submitted a Wildfire Response Plan, the latest version of it together with any Risk Assessment they have provided. (See Ref 1 below)
c) Provide your own Risk Assessment as a Fire and Rescue Service on the threats facing your firefighters in tackling moorland fires.

a) Lincolnshire County Council does not hold records of landownership
b) N/a
c) LFR doesn't have a specific risk assessment for moorland fires as the majority of land in Lincolnshire is arable farming land with some woodland areas and marshland around the East of the County.
To ensure LFR has a risk based approach when responding to fires in the open we do have a regional task based risk assessment which is based on responding to a wildfire (See attached)
