A16 roundabout by Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please provide a copy of the January Safety Audit that concerned the A16 'McDonald's' roundabout by Spalding.

In particular, detailed information of which body conducted the audit, their qualification to conduct the audit, together with the time and date of the audit.

2. Please also detail on what basis it was concluded that it was safe for pedestrians and cyclists to cross five lanes of heavy traffic.
