1. How many staff are currently employed in the procurement, sourcing, and contracts team?  

2. Of these staff, how many hold Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualifications or equivalent professional procurement certifications?  

3. . Are CIPS qualifications (or equivalent) a requirement for any procurement roles? If so, which roles?

1. There are 67 people working in the Commercial Team working across procurement, sourcing and contract management.

2. There are currently 14 people who are Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) qualified and a further eight people working towards MCIPS.

3. A CIPS qualification is not an essential requirement for a procurement role.
