2. As part of the partnership between Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and the Woodland Trust, we aimed to plant 100,000 trees between October 2024 and March 2025.
3. Contribution towards partnership with The Woodland Trust £43,630.00 and other LCC-funded schemes £6,732.43 (Total £50,362.43). Coronation Living Heritage Fund budget for community orchard creation for 2024/2025 planting season £43,687.72. Total (including orchard planting): £94,050.15.
4. Between October 2024 and March 2025, we have facilitated the planting of 100,000 trees and hedgerow plants as part of the partnership between Lincolnshire County Council and The Woodland Trust. LCC-lone funded schemes total 18,198 tree and hedgerow plants planted this planting season. In addition, LCC has facilitated the creation and expansion of 32 community orchards through the Coronation Living Heritage Fund (823 fruit trees total planted between October 2024 - March 2025).
5. 0 hectares (ha) of LCC-owned land has been allocated for tree planting during 2024. We are reliant on tree planting grant applications from private landowners, farmers, Parish Councils, community groups and charities.
6. LCC expect up to a 10% loss.
