1. The total number of planning applications received by your council each year, broken down by: - Major applications - Minor applications - Householder applications - Other (please specify)
2. The number of applications approved and refused each year for the categories listed above.
3. The average decision time (in weeks) for each application type, per year.
4. The shortest and longest time taken to reach a decision for any application in this period, including the type of application and outcome.
5. If available, the three most common reasons for refusal of planning applications during this period.
6. Please state the specific location (e.g. town, village, suburb, ward or identifiable locality) within your council boundaries that received the highest number of planning applications between 2022 and 2024, including the total number of applications submitted for that area.
Please note: for Q6, it is important that the location is provided as a named place - such as a town, village, suburb or electoral ward - and not just as a postcode or grid reference.
