Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide the following information:
1) The dates of the pedestrian/cyclist audits/surveys that you refer to, carried out before the Riseholme Roundabout improvement scheme, along with results of these surveys.
2) Details of the fatality of the pedestrian killed on the roundabout after the improvement, to include dates.
3) Details of the other pedestrian accidents and also any cyclist accidents on the Riseholme Roundabout after the improvement to include dates.
4) Details of the applicant's assessment of pedestrian safety, in relation to the crossing of the A.46 Relief Road, including dates of when and where it was carried out. - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1) No pedestrian surveys were undertaken as part of this scheme. However, a safety audit was carried out post completion of these works. I have attached a copy for convenience, but the uncontrolled crossing points weren’t raised as an issue.
