Biodiversity Net Gain

1. Whether you have opted to require a Biodiversity Net Gain uplift greater than the statutory 10%.

2. Whether you have any policies or guidance or are planning on introducing any policies or guidance encouraging BNG delivery within your LPA (in addition to the Spatial Risk Multiplier).

3. Whether you have a final or draft LNRS.

4. Any particular BNG policy/ guidance your authority has implemented including whether you have preferred list of sites for delivering BNG.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
1.  Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) does not require more than 10% Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
2. Not at this stage.
3. The Greater Lincolnshire Local Nature Recovery Strategies (LNRS) is still in development. A draft is not yet available.
4. Not at present.
