School Playing Fields - Find a freedom of information request

Grantham Church High School, Queensway, Grantham closed in August 2010. The buildings were later demolished and planning permission is granted to Lincoln Diocese from SKDC under application S18/1557. They are currently building houses on the site of the old school buildings via SKDC planning permission.

The school playing fields were returned back to LCC control around 2010.

1. Could you please confirm the current ownership of the playing fields which were associated with the old school.
2. Please confirm who the land was sold or transferred to and when.
3. I understand a Section 77 was applied for. Could you confirm the date this was applied for and the current status of that application.
4. Could you confirm if LCC have applied any restrictions or covenants on the future use or development of the playing fields.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.  
 
1. The playing fields are owned by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC).
2. Not applicable
3. S77 was applied for but as the school closed in July 2014, S77 no longer applies.
4. LCC have not applied any restrictions or covenants on future use. Part of it is used by the local football club.
