1. How many physical assaults on teachers by pupils attending pupil referral units occurred in the academic year 2022/2023?



2. How many physical assaults on teachers by pupils attending pupil referral units occurred in the academic year 2023/2024?



3. How many physical assaults on teachers by pupils attending pupil referral units have occurred in the academic year 2024/2025 so far?



4. In 2023/2024, of the pupils known to have physically assaulted a teacher at a pupil referral unit, how many of them are known to have attacked a teacher in a mainstream school?



5. In 2023/2024, of the pupils known to have physically assaulted a teacher at a pupil referral unit, please list separately how many of them were excluded as a result of physically assaulting a member of staff at their original mainstream school?



6. In 2023/2024, of the pupils known to have physically assaulted a teacher at a pupil referral unit, please list separately how many were expelled as a result of physically assaulting a member of staff at their original mainstream school?

I can confirm that the information requested is not held by Lincolnshire County Council. 
 
 1-8. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) does not have any Pupil Referral Units within its control.

In Lincolnshire there appears to be five Pupil Referral Units, these are:
- The Acorn School
- Springwell Alternative Academy Spalding
- Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln
- Springwell Alternative Academy Mablethorpe
- Springwell Alternative Academy Grantham

All of the above are academies and so LCC has no direct involvement with the running of the school or staff.
