This includes all relevant return dates and any minimum requirements (financial, professional, or otherwise) that bidders will have to meet on an individual project by project basis.

Contract Aware Details

1. Answers relate to the recent Facilities Management contract

Supplier - VINCI Construction UK Limited trading as VINCI Facilities

Value - The contract value is anticipated to be approximately £10m per annum and are based on a combination of costs as listed above.

2. Commencement - 1st April 2025.

Term and extension - The contract has an initial five year term, with the option to extend for up to a further five years, giving a maximum potential term of ten years.

3. Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services.

Hard FM

Soft FM

Management of Traveller sites

Security and commissionaire services

Property Service Centre

Various Managed Services

The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites.
