Demand for Children's Services and Sufficiency Strategies - Find a freedom of information request

Specifically, I would like to request the following:
 
1.      Data on the current and historical demand (e.g., over the past 3-5 years, if available) for placements in:
 
*       Children's homes
*       16+ supported living accommodation
*       Family assessment services
*       Emergency accommodation for children and young people in care or at risk
*       This could include, for example, the number of children placed in these services, unmet demand, or waiting lists, if such information is recorded.
 
2.      A copy of your local authority's most recent sufficiency strategy (or equivalent document) outlining plans to secure sufficient accommodation and support for children in care and care leavers, as required under Section 22G of the Children Act 1989.
If an updated version is not available, I would be grateful for the most recent iteration.
