1) I am seeking the full cost, including fixed costs for your staff's involvement in addition to any funds paid or due to contractors and others. The cost should be comprehensive including the costs associated with design, procurement activity and specification, assessment etc.

The target is the highway repair work undertaken at Hall Street Crowland, South Holland, Lincolnshire on 9 April. Clearly the preparatory costs precede this date.

Lincolnshire County Council does not hold information on the fixed costs of staff involvement with these works, but the inspecting Highways Officer is G7, Pay Step LC21 on £34,314 per annum.

Total target costs for works carried out taken from the ‘Price List Highways Works Contract 2025-26 – v1’, as per supplementary detail within method of measurement is estimated to be £2677.28.
